She spent 11 years by Simon’s side, playing many roles, including Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, CEO and finally Chief Revel Officer.

Not only has she supported thousands of people finding their own purpose, but through her work with Simon, Jana traveled the world and worked with companies of every size across many different sectors, to identify the business' values and purpose and aligning their operations and culture with that purpose and vision.

Jana has always been interested in growing as an individual and in supporting those she loves to reach their personal and professional goals. This inspired her to receive her coaching certification in 2008 which she then honed through many additional trainings throughout her life and with some incredible mentors.

She is a trained facilitator for Awakened Woman, Prisma Leadership, Sapience and Simon Sinek’s Why Discovery Workshop. Supporting these personal development teams to find effective internal systems, business models, strategy and training programs is a true passion of her's and she has volunteered hundreds of hours in support of helping start up personal development companies set the foundation for success.

In 2019 Jana started a new chapter, co-founding Meet Your Magic with a former colleague and soul sister, Molly Strong. For the next four years they helped artists, entrepreneurs and C-Suite executives move through complex transitions in their lives and businesses (often both at the same time).

At the end of 2024 their life circumstances (both inspired by love) took them to different countries and they made the decision to sunset the partnership. Today Jana serves as Managing Director of the non-profit Meet Your Magic Org and is the interim CEO for a longevity practice in Aspen, Colorado.

In October of 2022 Jana moved to Healdsburg to be with her beloved, John Mills, and he introduced Jana to her new neighbor, Martha. Jana completed the Self Mastery Trilogy in 2023 and has put a tremendous amount of work into setting the foundation for Martha’s legacy to continue well after she’s retired.

Martha’s work was both transformative for Jana personally and for the many others in her community she referred to the courses.

Jana is delighted to become the steward to the Trilogy and excited to get to know the Healdsburg community through this opportunity to grow together.
